30 day bad art challenge

round 2

Welcome to the 30 day bad art challenge! 🎨👩‍🎤

round 2!

back by popular demand, it’s round 2 of the 30 day bad art challenge. this is a free challenge for you, if you’re a recovering perfectionist, creator, or just a human looking to tap into & ignite your creative side. ⚡️

we are creating just for creation’s sake. it doesn’t have to be “something” and it doesn’t have to be “good”. in fact, i’m encouraging us to make ugly bad stuff. and to share that ugly bad stuff. every day for a month. and to be open to seeing what happens from this experience. 💭

maybe we’ll be able to let go of a little perfectionism, control, beliefs around what art “should” be and look like. maybe it’ll loosen us up a little. maybe it’ll give us a greater sense of freedom in what we create moving forward. maybe it’ll spark confidence to share other creations that we might have been holding back on out of fear of judgement or not being good enough. and maybe we’ll make some new connections and friends in the process.

and we’ll see what happens when we commit to a daily creative practice for ourselves. that’s some hella self care. 🖤

you can create whatever the heck you want; paint, draw, write a poem, a song, bake something, crochet, sew, woodwork, cut up paper, dance. do it, whatever it is!

share your creations each day on IG on your feed or stories & tag me and use the hashtag below! if you don’t want to share your creation publicly but still want the accountability, feel free to dm me. and if you’re not on IG, send me an email!

🦄 my personal hope for this challenge is to connect deeper with my creativity & joy. and my beautiful adhd brain thrives within containers, so that’s why we’re doing it as a challenge, together.

what are you hoping to get out of this 30 day bad art challenge? ✨
