Celebrating a huge milestone 🎉

and a free gift for you!

Hurray! November 11 marked my official 2 year anniversary of launching my website! aka, the date I use as my official business birthday 🎉. I am ever so pleased and delighted that you are here to celebrate this huge milestone with me.

Last week, I held a little celebration ritual in private. I gave thanks to myself, my business, everything I have learned, all the ways I’ve grown, all the people who have had an impact on helping my business shape and grow into what it is, and to all the lovely people I have gotten to work with. I sat here, at my desk, in awe, wonder, amazement, and feeling so grateful and also very proud.

And then my partner and I went out for a little celebratory ice cream treat!

To celebrate even further, I’d love to give you a gift I’ve been working on.

It’s a cute fully-customizable Notion template of journal prompts to tap into making positive change in your life during seasonal shifts.

These are the kinds of tools I’ve been utilizing over the past couple years that have brought me to where I am, and I’m honored to share them with you.

I never truly understood self-care until I started building and experimenting with these practices for myself. And now that they have regular places in my life and I’ve recognized their impact, I’m able to see & prioritize them in such a different way.

Self-care isn’t always about the traditional bubble baths and spa days, although it can be if that’s what you like. Self-care is a way of life. Where you’re taking care of yourself. Simply put. And anything you do to take care of yourself, counts. From drinking a glass of water, to lighting a candle to start your work day, to texting a friend when you’re feeling depressed and otherwise would self isolate (hello, it’s me). It all counts. Every moment. And I’m proud of you for all that you are doing.

When you prioritize your self and your needs, then you’re able to show up in the world to help and impact others.

It took me a darn long while to start being able to recognize all these ways in which I do show up for myself and take care of myself. And to be able to celebrate those moments. And feel proud of them and myself.

If you’re in a similar boat, just know that I am here for you, rooting you on. And with time and practice, I hope that you recognize your accomplishments and all the ways you show up and care for yourself, too. Maybe these journal prompts will help to spark some of that for you. ✨

What’s something you’re proud of this week? Comment and lmk, I’d love to celebrate with you!
