here’s to feeling supported, nourished, and well-resourced heading into january. 🤝🖤✨
my intention for 2023 is to show up unhinged. UNHINGED! (basically just me showing up more authentically & out loud) so here’s to an unhinged ‘23 🔥🥂✨
Looking for some support & resource in the self-care department for the upcoming month? Check out the free resource roundup.
my life consists heavily of taking care of my physical and mental health; particularly chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and adhd. my brain is real cute 😘🧠 i significantly changed my life around when i began employing systems & structure into my daily life. sounded unsexy at first, but has hella helped me to build a life that i desire! i'm great at systems, the productivity software Notion, self-care, and initiating: helping YOU start/finish things & gain insights!
a behind the scenes peek at how I plan my week inside Notion! aka my Monday Hour One. I created a checklist (using a template button) of my MHO process so I easily know exactly what I need to do when it’s time. It’s inside a toggle, and you’ll see why at the end of the checklist.
hey patrons! there’s a new post up today about taking that step of action first, and letting the rest of the details follow. some contemplation prompts for ya! 🏳☺️
how I handle recurring tasks inside Notion: I call recurring tasks, “ongoing tasks.” I prefer to have one Notion page per that task that I just carry on each time I need to do the task, instead of having a brand new page each time. I found having a brand new page each time to be far too confusing and overwhelming to me. This way with one page, all the info I need for that task is in the same place and I know exactly where to find it each time I need to do it.
as a creative entrepreneur, at the end of each week i like to do a gratitude ritual as part of my weekly planning/review process, which i do inside of notion. in this ritual, i write down what i am grateful for, what i want to release, what i am calling in ✍️ and i burn it in thanks 🔥🙏 i sit with it for a moment to really feel it in my body. then i open the window and let the smoke blow outside 🕯️💨

i heard this message in one of my online communities last week and whew, i needed it. i’m carrying it with me as my mantra, my reminder through this week. 🙏💭✨ what’s your mantra this week?
Time to tune in, set intentions, make some mood board collages & give my Notion dashboard an aesthetic reset for Q1 2023! Plus FREE canva templates!
